Each year, our global team comes together for the “Run for Reforestation” 5k Challenge in partnership with One Tree Planted. For every completed 5k during Earth Month, ASICS donates $1 USD to support reforestation efforts. In 2024, our collective effort supported the planting of 215,172 trees, demonstrating how working together creates impact far beyond what any individual could achieve alone.
We empower our people to bring sustainability into their daily work through our 12-week “Sustainability Ambassador Program.” This initiative covers essential topics like biodiversity, circularity, corporate responsibility, and labor rights. By supporting our employees to develop expertise in these areas, we strengthen our collective ability to drive sustainable innovation across the company.

In late 2023, we completed our second rooftop solar installation at our Distribution Center in Byhalia, Mississippi. This expansion doubled our solar generating capacity to 2 MW, providing grid resiliency through net metering. This project exemplifies how we work together across teams to achieve meaningful environmental goals.
Circularity is built into our design philosophy from product inception to end-of-life. The NIMBUS MIRAI running shoe embodies this approach: a high-performance shoe specifically designed to be recycled when its running days are over. This innovation represents how we leverage our collective strengths to create products that perform for both people and the planet.
